1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by PianoHealer, operated by Radman Khosravi Afzal.
By booking or using PianoHealer services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services
PianoHealer provides piano-related services including, but not limited to:
- Piano tuning
- Pitch correction / pitch raise
- Minor adjustments
- Basic piano care and cleaning
- Recording or performance preparation
- General piano assessment
Services are provided with reasonable care, skill, and professional judgement.
3. Appointments
Appointments are arranged by mutual agreement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
- Safe and reasonable access to the piano
- Adequate space for work to be carried out
- A suitable environment for the appointment
PianoHealer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary depending on factors including:
- Piano condition
- Time since last tuning
- Pitch correction requirements
- Travel distance
- Additional work requested
Quotes provided before inspection are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of the appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Cash
- Other agreed payment methods
5. Pitch Raises and Piano Condition
Pianos that have not been serviced regularly may require a pitch raise or multiple tuning sessions.
While every reasonable effort is made to improve tuning stability, PianoHealer cannot guarantee long-term tuning stability for:
- Neglected pianos
- Older instruments
- Pianos with structural or mechanical issues
- Pianos exposed to unstable environmental conditions
6. Repairs and Technical Limitations
Minor adjustments may be carried out where appropriate.
However, PianoHealer does not guarantee the repair of all faults or defects during standard appointments.
Where specialist repair or restoration work is required, recommendations or referrals may be provided.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
PianoHealer reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8. Liability
PianoHealer will not be liable for:
- Pre-existing faults or damage
- Natural wear and ageing of piano components
- Tuning instability caused by environmental conditions
- Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Environmental Factors
Piano tuning and stability are affected by environmental conditions including:
- Humidity
- Temperature changes
- Heating systems
- Sunlight exposure
- Piano placement
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate environmental conditions where reasonably possible.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with the PianoHealer Privacy Policy.
